There's zero reason to port the unpopular sequel to Xillia without at the very least first porting Xillia:P I agree if they have plans to release Xillia 2 they would need to release Xillia 1 first. I think if only Xillia and Graces F would be their option for another tales release they would first release Graces F and then Xillia. Whichever gets released I would still buy and hope they learned a little bit from TOS and release a better port. Edit: all i could find was evidence that there is a feature to stream anything from an xbox-one to a windows 10 PC so you could play your games remotely. To my understanding, it would have been limited to games purchased digitally and you wouldn't be able to get a used physical Xbox 360 game and play it on PC.

However, for people who missed the initial wave of Xbox 360 JRPGs and do not own an Xbox 360. It could be a boon. Microsoft's big on putting those up on the digital store.
